When I open a map, I can't find Cozmo, what do I do?

Occasionally, the map doesn't load properly or is slightly off target.  First try zooming out on the map.  Hopefully, you'll see Cozmo.  If that doesn't work, try reloading the page.  If that fails, email us at [email protected].

I can't scan the QR code!

All the QRs have been tested with iPhones and Samsung Galaxys.  They worked almost 100% of the time.  But when we occasionally had issues we downloaded a 3rd party QR reader called, wait for it, "QR reader" from Tapmedia.  It seems to be more sensitive and super fast when trying to open QRs.

If you don't want to download another app, try using the zoom function on your camera.  Bring the QR in and out of focus.  Just keep trying!  We promise they will work!  But, if for some reason you can't get it open, email us at [email protected].

Also, glare might be an issue while trying to scan through a window, throw a little shade on the situation ;) and just keep trying!

I can't find the QR code!

Well, it's called a hunt for a reason.  But if you've followed the map, taken note of all the not-so-subtle clues and you're in the right location, then maybe - check the windows of the store you're outside of?  Some are high, some are low, some are tucked away in a corner - but they are there.  Good luck!  If you still can't find it, email us at [email protected]

Even with the hint, I can't solve the puzzle, what do I do?

The internet is an amazing place with a vast number of tools to help you solve puzzles.  Rebus puzzles rely a lot on "like" sounds to help people connect the dots, i.e. a picture of a comb, could replace the word "come"..."comb" isn't an exact match for  "come", but it's up to the puzzler to make the leap and "COMB + PLEAT" the puzzle ;)   But, if for some reason you still need help, email us at [email protected].
